1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SkyHost's services (VPS, Shared Hosting, etc.), you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old.
• Agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
• Acknowledge that violations may result in service suspension or termination.

2. Services Provided

SkyHost offers:

• Shared Hosting
• VPS Hosting
• Domain Registration
• SSL Certificates
• 24/7 Support (subject to SLAs)

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with 30 days’ notice.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use SkyHost services for:

• Illegal activities (hacking, fraud, piracy).
• Spam or bulk emailing (must comply with CAN-SPAM Act).
• Resource abuse (excessive CPU/RAM usage).
• Hosting copyrighted material without permission.

Violations may result in immediate suspension.
